Working with Lumi.

Scope and payment

Services begin after the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are agreed upon. Lumi accepts Robux or USD through Venmo or PayPal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due after services are completed. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Revisions and delivery

Revision limits and turnaround times are agreed per project. Delays in receiving assets, feedback, approvals, or required information may affect delivery dates.

Creator participation and results

Creator participation, posting schedules, and platform performance are not guaranteed. Lumi coordinates, communicates with, and manages creators according to the agreed project scope, but individual content creators may not post immediately and posting timelines can vary based on creator availability, interest, campaign requirements, and other circumstances outside Lumi’s direct control. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Lumi does not guarantee that every contacted, invited, or participating creator will publish content by a specific date.

Views are not guaranteed. Content performance can vary depending on audience response, platform algorithms, creator performance, timing, and other factors outside Lumi’s direct control. While Lumi works toward the goals established for each campaign, specific performance outcomes may vary. Clients and team members are expected to communicate professionally and provide accurate information.

Cancellations and confidentiality

Cancellation, refund, and unused-work terms are determined by the written agreement for each project. Confidential or private client information is handled according to the applicable agreement, including any NDA.
